Terms of Service

1. License & Account Usage

By creating an account and using MapAnimation, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform to create map animations from your own prompts and data, in accordance with these Terms.

• Individual / Creator Accounts: One person per account. You may use the platform to generate animations for your own projects, channels, lessons, or client work.
• Team / Business Accounts: Team plans allow multiple authorized users (seats) as specified on the pricing page or at checkout. Each user must have their own login and must belong to the same organization.

Subject to your active subscription or license:

• You may use exported videos and animations in commercial and non-commercial projects.
• You may edit, re-cut, or combine the exported videos with your own content.
• You may not resell or provide MapAnimation as a competing service or platform.

2. Acceptable Use

To keep MapAnimation stable, fair, and safe for everyone, you agree to:

• Use the platform only through the official interface and APIs and respect any rate limits or usage caps associated with your plan.
• Not share your login credentials with others outside your team, and not attempt to bypass seat limits or technical restrictions.
• Not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or attempt to replicate the platform, models, or underlying services.
• Not use MapAnimation to generate content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, misleading, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.
• Not resell direct access to the platform, or present it as your own hosted service, without a separate written agreement with us.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

MapAnimation, including its software, AI models, UI, algorithms, branding, and all related technology, is and remains the intellectual property of BIZSOL Technologies LLC (or its licensors). These Terms do not grant you ownership of the platform or its underlying code.

As a user:

• You retain rights to your prompts, input data, and the map animations you generate, subject to these Terms and any plan-level restrictions.
• You grant us a limited license to process your prompts and animations solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and supporting the service.
• You may publicly use, publish, and monetize your exported map animations, provided you comply with applicable laws and do not imply endorsement or partnership where none exists.

Licenses are non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, or transfer your account or plan to another person or organization without our written consent.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & Payments

MapAnimation may be offered as a one-time license, subscription, or usage-based service, depending on the plan you choose. The pricing, billing period, and included features for each plan are displayed at checkout or on our pricing page.

All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (or another payment provider indicated at checkout). Your invoice, billing details, and any applicable taxes (such as VAT) are managed directly through the payment provider.

• By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable fees and renewal periods, if your plan is recurring.
• If a subscription is not renewed or is canceled, your access to paid features may be reduced or suspended at the end of the billing period.
• Any refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and the policies of the payment provider.

5. Privacy, Cookies & Advertising

By using MapAnimation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, analyze usage, and serve advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website.
• Our use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which form part of these Terms.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
