Overview
At MapAnimation (a product by BIZSOL Technologies LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your AI-powered map animation service.
We offer a generous refund window to ensure you have time to evaluate if our generative tools meet your needs.
14-Day Refund Window
All new subscriptions and one-time fixed-price packages are eligible for a refund if requested within
14 days of the initial purchase date.
Refund Calculation & Usage
Because generating AI map animations incurs direct computational costs, your final refund amount is strictly pro-rated based on your account usage and is further reduced by the non-refundable payment processing fee (explained below).

Usage-Based Proration: Your approved refund will be calculated by deducting the value of any generated videos from your original purchase price.

Universal Application: This usage-based calculation applies universally to all plans, whether you purchased a monthly subscription or a fixed-price package. You will only be refunded for the unused portion of your video allowance.

Video Generation: Each completed AI video generation request counts toward your quota and will be deducted from your refund pool, regardless of whether you choose to use the final creative output.

Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fee: All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When an order is refunded, the payment processing fee Paddle applied to the original transaction is not returned to us and is therefore non-refundable. This processing fee is deducted from your refund amount, in addition to the value of any videos or credits already consumed. As a result, an approved refund will always be a partial refund of your original purchase price.

Free bonus videos, trial videos, and promotional videos hold no cash value and are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit your refund request by emailing
support@mapanimation.io.

Important: You must send the request from the exact same email address used to purchase the subscription or package. Requests from alternate emails cannot be processed for security reasons.

Include your account email, invoice ID, and the details of your request.

Our team will review your account's generation history to calculate your remaining eligible balance.

If approved, refunds will be processed by our team within 5 working days.

Funds will be returned only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes & Legal

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase start date. No refunds are available after this 14-day window under any circumstances.

The 14-day period begins from the exact moment of purchase, not the calendar month.

Upon refund approval, your subscription or package will be immediately cancelled, and any remaining video allowances will be permanently removed.

All payments are securely handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction and must follow their buyer protection guidelines, and depending on your bank, it may take additional days for the funds to reflect on your statement.

The deductions described above (consumed videos/credits and the non-refundable processing fee) apply to discretionary refunds under this policy. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law; where such rights apply, they take precedence.

Abuse of the refund policy—such as multi-account misuse, API abuse, or violating our Terms of Service—will result in immediate account termination and the denial of any refund request.
