At MapAnimation (a product by BIZSOL Technologies LLC), we want you to love the experience of generating AI-powered map animations. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund

• Refunds are only available if you have not used all of the credits included in your purchased plan.
• If your credit balance is fully consumed, the service is considered used in full and a refund cannot be issued.
• Free credits, trial credits, or promotional credits are not refundable.
• Refunds apply to the original purchase only—not to add-on credits or upgrades.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Email us at support@mapanimation.io with your order email and invoice ID.
• Our team will review your credit usage and determine eligibility.
• If approved, the refund will be processed via Paddle (Merchant of Record), typically within 5–10 business days.

Important Notes

• All payments are securely handled by Paddle. Refunds follow their buyer protection guidelines.
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., generating large volumes of animations and requesting refunds) may result in account review or denial.
• Refunds are not available for multi-account misuse, API abuse, or violating our Terms of Service.
